Mum's List Legacy Mindfulness Workshop - September 23, 2017

In this workshop, we will discuss what creates stress in our lives and learn specific techniques to relax. Through self assessment questionnaires and guided meditations, this workshop can create big shifts in how we feel about ourselves and our life! By identifying the root-cause behind any physical, mental, and emotional imbalance or dis-ease, we can address the underlying issue and create healthy and happy relationships with partners, friends, family, colleagues, money, food, and most importantly, with ourselves!
